About Jude: I am a Coach. I get my kicks from helping others discover a new possible and working out how to get them there. My role isn't to push and push. It is to listen, guide, challenge, motivate, provide experience, expertise and a good dose of humour. My experience of being coached as a high level sailor, working as a business coach and undertaking some crazy adventures in mountaineering, swimming and running means I have a wealth of knowledge and network to draw upon when coaching you. I am a runner. I started when I was about 2 ! I have run on my own, run obstacle course races, run away from bears (not in Surrey!), run in all sorts of crazy weather, run in a wetsuit, fallen over, walked a lot, laughed a lot and sometimes cried a bit. And still it draws me to it.
I enjoy pushing my comfort zone. Unashamedly one for pushing the boundaries, I have sought out bigger personal challenges such as swimming for 24hrs, sailing around Britain and ice climbing. Each pushing my limits both physically and mentally.
So put all that together and you have got a person who loves running, loves coaching and who knows how to make it happen.

Don't worry there is plenty of flat too, along with lots of opportunities to stop for tea and cake or maybe a cheeky beer. Sunshine, wind, rain or snow there is always something to lift your running legs, so why not come and explore what it has to offer.
Getting here: By Car - easily accessible by road from both north and south with free parking in the areas we run from. By Train - frequent trains run into Dorking or Gomshall and pick up from stations can be arranged By Bus - buses are few and far between in the Surrey Hills so if you are planning using the bus make sure there is another one to take you back!
