Do I need to be a certain fitness to come on a Run Surrey Hills Escape? This is a holiday not a training camp! I want you to enjoy exploring the Surrey Hills and I tailor the routes to suit all. We run at a social pace and there will lots of opportunity to stop to take in the views or a cuppa and cake. Having said that the area is a mix of sand, mud, stone with hills and to get the most out of the days you need to be comfortable running for an hour at a time. If you would prefer to skip a running session then that’s fine too!
