I am a mum to three daughters and owner of 2 bonkers dogs. When I am not running around the woods, I am swimming wild and chasing adventures. I get my kicks from helping others discover a new possible and working out how to get them there. My role isn't to push and push. It is to listen, guide, challenge, motivate, provide experience, expertise and a good dose of humour.
