Perhaps you are looking to improve your running technique up or downhill or do you keep getting recurring injuries. A private coaching session could help you improve your running style, improve your training, teach you new tricks plus introduce you to new trails.
What we cover is led by you but could include: - improving performance whether it be to achieve that PB, make the team or getting out for your first run - teaching good running technique using video analysis and appropriate drills for up and down trail. - being a sports psychologist to motivate you, listen to your hopes and fears, identify your goals, develop a race strategy - challenging you to push yourself in different directions mentally and physically - developing a nutrition plan for race day, general life - developing bespoke quality led training plans including strength and conditioning, flexibility, co-ordination, fitness and speedwork to meet your goals and lifestyle - kit, clothes and shoes
